Trillium owns a number of properties with development possibilities in and around Resort Semiahmoo. The area around Semiahmoo is a major stopover on the Pacific Flyway, making it one on the best places in the Western Hemisphere for birdwatchers. Boating in the nearby San Juan and Gulf Islands, world class skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb Resort, snowboarding at Mt. Baker and golfing at two of Washington State's top public golf courses are among the many activities people enjoy here.
