In 1980, Trillium imagined a premier destination resort community on the site of a former fish cannery near Blaine, Washington.
Semiahmoo represents the execution of a vision that included bringing top-tier hospitality, office and retail centers to Whatcom County.
Nearly thirty years later, the vision is a reality. The 1,110-acre Resort Semiahmoo includes a 200-room, 4-diamond hotel located on a narrow peninsula with spectacular views, the award-winning Arnold Palmer and Loomis Trail golf courses, a large clubhouse and tennis facility, and a 300-slip marina as well as more than 800 homes and condominiums.
Trillium is currently finishing the final phase of development: Semiahmoo Spit. The projects combine exceptional condominium living with a spectacular setting that is anchored by hotel amenities at one end and a public park at the other.
