Aimed at micro-businesses and people involved in creative pursuits, the idea behind Workshops was to offer an affordable yet professional workspace to artists, hobbyists and small business owners.

Workshops provided infrastructure without build-out in a raw, loft-like environment that offered amenities like kitchen and meeting spaces in common.
